Is america overreacting to iran?

United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is visiting Moscow right now to discuss a number of issues including the START treaty and of course the possibility of sanctions on Iran. However, what captured the mainstream medias attention was not Clintons negotiation, but Prime Minister Putins statements that Russia would go ahead with plans to build a nuclear power plant in Iran….
